Rose Ness?
Rose Ness has been working in the field of behavioral health for over twenty-five years. She is a Certified Substance Use Professional, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a dedicated behavioral health professional with experience administering, leading, teaching, and implementing strategies that support the growth and development of those with behavioral health disorders. Recognized by colleagues as a team-driven leader with a natural ability to utilize collaborative techniques in educational settings to teach innovative and data-driven methods in the field to continue to improve practices and approaches in behavioral health facilities.

Excited to continue to apply extensive understanding of this evolving industry to provide the best possible educational resources and leadership to positively impact the lives of those learning to cope with behavioral health conditions whose clientele range from individuals and families to larger systems in various settings including correctional mental health, involuntary treatment, and private practice.

She is a Certified Substance Use Disorder Professional, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and experienced clinician whose clientele range from individuals and families, to larger systems in various settings including correctional mental health, involuntary treatment, private practice, and most recently, overseeing clinical operations at a fully integrated wellness center treating behavioral health conditions offering primary care services.
Rose not only delivers direct care, but she is also involved in workforce development, supervising professionals who are beginning or looking to advance their careers in social service. Rose supports integrated physical and behavioral healthcare and are committed to healthcare transformation in Washington State.
